Application
Valve intended as self-acting air-release valve
for non-aggressive liquids up to PN 40 and
temperatures up to 200°C.
Technical description
Easily movable float provided with a disc in
the top is placed in a two-piece ball-shaped
body.The disc closes or opens seat port during
rising or lowering of the float. If the liquid
enters the deaerator body, the float rises and
the disc closes the seat. If during service air or
gasses accumulate in the body, liquid surface
with float and disc lower and thus passage
through seat releases and the valve deaerates.

Installation
The valve is installed piping with the valve
axis vertical and in such a place in the piping
where there is the biggest possibility of air and
gas accumulation. The piping must be free of
all impurities before valve installation.
